The 7-minute HIIT workout is a combo of heart pumping workouts such as burpees, reverse lunges and v-sits. If you are looking for a way to get fit or stay lean, HIIT workouts should be part of your fitness routine between 1-3 times a week.
The 13-30 approach
The point of this workout is to do it fast. You’ll perform 13 exercises for 30 seconds giving yourself 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise. And the online video clearly shows you how to perform each exercise which includes moves such as mountain climbers and tuck jumps.
